I purchased the Pulse Shower Spa two years ago, and just finally finished the renovation of the bathroom. It looks great against the brown tile shower and operates perfectly. One of the hoses was not long enough and I contacted the customer support group to see if they had a matching hose connection. They responded within hours and sent me out a hose immediately without charge. I can tell you their customer support is fantastic and far exceeded expectation.

We have had this system for a number of years and really like it. I love having the body sprays and the options for hand-held and overhead. Love being able to use two at a time. Main complaint is that the hand-held component does not go high enough relative to the top body spray. If the top body spray is where you would want it, the hand-held is too low.
