I have owned a Kihei for 6+ years.
But the drought brought terribly hard water, and parts began to corrode.
I called Pulse Shower Spas and enquired about buying spares. This is a discontinued product, and no doubt locating spares is obviously hard, but Rico went out of his way to look in every bin, every basket for my spares.
And he found all the spares I needed!
This is more than I could ask for – so I am much obligated to you, Rico!
