I loved this shower spa when we first got it. Unfortunately
within a few months the rain shower didn’t work anymore. Lowes ordered a new one and took the other one back. It has been 5 months and the rain shower quit working again. There has to be a manufacturing problem with this item for the same thing to keep happening. The other parts work great just the rain shower is defective. Don’t want to go back to a regular shower system so I am replacing it one more time. Hopefully this one will not do the same thing.

I’ve had the Lanikai for a few years now. I love the rain shower and flexibility with the three different options. It is also great to be able to have a luxury shower system without needing any new plumbing or drilling holes in the existing shower.
I had a couple instances where I needed a replacement part, and the customer service was amazing. I made the request for the part, and I got a confirmation email that the part was on its way the next day with expedited shipping.

We’ve had our Pulse system for several years with no problems at all! It is an amazing product, especially for the price! We did have a plumber install it–not that we needed to–just because my husband felt more comfortable having someone else do it. The plumber told us he’s installed much more expensive systems that were not as good a quality as this one.

Great Material, is made out of METAL 90%. handheld shower are not (10%). easy INSTALL. Complete parts with extra spare parts !!!.
I am buying 2 more items similar shower items for my two rental property. Easy to install, great design that all, I mess with is the shower spout and no modification needed.
What’s with pricing difference ? Brushed vs Chrome ? unfortunately for me I need Brushed and it cost more. I will pay, its worth it.

CON: I am so firkin disappointed that you guys don’t make Kitchen Faucets. I am now gonna have to call corporate and complain. LOL, this is simply not acceptable… whos in charge there ?

Love this shower head but I’m having problems with the rain shower head it literally fell apart. Is there any way that I can get just the rain head for a replacement. Thank you in advance for your help

Not a fan of the installation instructions. Beyond the 28″ inch separation from shower handle to the water connection there should be a recommended height from the floor for the shower water connection. Also the Allen wrench set screw …meh. The escutcheons should do a little more than slide into place. They should have a twist feature that locks them firmly up against the tile.
