The diverter is located at the bottom of the slide bar, convenient for all heights. The soothing rain showerhead and multi-function handheld can be used separately or together for a multitude of spray combinations. This retro-style ShowerSpa is designed to use your existing valve and easily installs in less than 20 minutes. Available in chrome, brushed nickel, or oil-rubbed bronze.

I broke the shower head in my new home. Thru my contractor I found the supplier, Pulse ShowerSpas. As a walk-in with my broken shower and invoice in hand, they couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful. I bought this system because it worked with the existing shower and the colour was fantastic ORB. Though when my husband was installing it, the bar was too long. Read through the instruction and found that they make a smaller bar so that it was able to work in our shower. Called them and they were more than happy to help but the part was backordered for months. The representative said once they get it in they will ship it out. Well months have went by and no bar. Called them again and told them the situation they aplogised and said they will get it out. They said they got it out but I still did not received it so called again and said it was going out that day and got it the next day. Even though I had to call many times due to backordered. They were friendly and accommodating to my needs. Fantastic team!!!

We enlarged our shower so that it would accommodate a combined hand-held and rain shower system. We wanted to find one in which the fittings that facilitate adjustments in hand-held shower direction and height would not wear out (as in other systems we have had) and which would maximize our use of the existing water pressure. The Kauai III has been very good and dependable on these scores. It is very sturdy, and at the same time elegant. After close to two years, there was a warranty issue unrelated to these aspects, and the issue was resolved immediately the same day. Great service!

We bought the PULSE Showerspas 1011-CH Kauai III Retro-Fit Rain Shower System with Handshower and Adjustable Slide Bar. i didn’t take into acct the rain heads pipe curved up to high and we could not install the system because of our lower ceiling. I wrote an email explaining my situation and wow they sent me a pipe/tube that was straight without the high curve and wow now we have a system that can be used while sitting on a shower chair because of the lower bottom mounted water “switch”. great system, and a really great company.

Overall looks like a decent product but be very cautious, if they’re shower does not fit in your shower it’s going to be another fifty bucks

This is a very nice well designed system. The tolerances are just right, it goes together well, all parts are heavy and deburred. I’m seriously impressed.
If this had another brand name on it, (Ko***r) it would cost 3 or 4 times as much.
Yes, you might need to buy the shorter middle rod, and you might need a different nipple for the main connection, but the instructions have the exact steps to follow, and it’s really easy to figure out if the one they ship will work or if you’ll need to make a trip to Ace or not. You will have to take your old pipe out of the wall to measure, then go get another nipple, but other than that, this thing goes together in about an hour or less.

Just got my Kauai shower system in today at noon. Overall very happy with it except a small blemish on the outer rim on the main shower head. I unboxed the entire unit around 4pm found the issue and called the Pulse 888 customer service number. I figured I would just try and get that part replaced instead of boxing it all back up and returning to Lowe’s where I bought through a custom kitchen/bath sale designer on line. I live representive answered the phone and explained the process to file a claim on line. I went to their site and followed the simple process. Erik from customer report emailed me at 6:40pm. Replacement part has been shipped in less than 4 hours! AWESOME! THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BACKING YOUR PRODUCT! NO COST TO ME! I will follow up and let you no how the rest gos!

The shower system is great, the hand wand is the best I have seen. The problem was using a plumber that never reads instructions. The set screw was over tightened for the soap dish so when I banged my elbow into it the tubing split just over 2″ long so it was spraying water all over. forget the plumber install this your self / also throw the soap dish away.
Last word….. This is very well made / extra o-rings included very nice touch
